BYE BYE, BABY
It was announced last week that CD Baby, an online album retailer for more than 240,000 independent music makers, has been sold to a CD and DVD manufacturing company called Disc Makers. Since it began in 1997, CD Baby has put $83 million in the hands of independent artists, as well as helping to launch the careers of big name artists like Regina Spektor and Jack Johnson.

The Architectural Foundation of Santa Barbara has announced their upcoming exhibit, Your Point of View: Images of Our City-A Photo Party, which opens Friday, October 3.
