The name of the woman who died in a February 16 house fire at 3918 Foothill Rd. was officially released on Thursday: Mary Ostrand, who was just shy of her 59th birthday when she perished. The coroner has still not determined what killed Ostrand, however. That, as well as information about what caused the fire, will be released once the coroner’s and fire crew’s respective investigations are complete.
