NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS

Longtime arts supporter and philanthropist Mercedes Eichholz was recently awarded a County Resolution for her volunteer work in support of Santa Barbara’s arts. Eichholz, who has spent nearly three decades volunteering in S.B., has held positions at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art, Music Academy of the West, and Santa Barbara Symphony.

ONE OF A KIND

Ojai’s Theater 150 continues its solo series this weekend with The Common Air. The series’ third one-person show features Alex Lyras as six different characters who find themselves stuck in JFK Airport during a potential terrorist scare. DIFFERENT STROKES

This Saturday, March 20, the Santa Barbara Contemporary Arts Forum (653 Paseo Nuevo) hosts a class titled, Modern & Contemporary Art: What’s the Difference?
