Blaming Oil Wells Again

It is very distressing to walk on our beautiful Summerland Beach and watch each wave washing up foamy oil. The birds, except for crows, sea lions, and dolphins are smart enough to stay away. Without the wildlife, the beach seems dead. Why, after so many years, can’t we get these oil wells capped?—Carole Fox, Summerland
