Head to The Creekside (4444 Hollister Ave.) this week for Strumming for Kids, a live music showcase that will raise money to pay for new musical instruments at La Cumbre Junior High. Performers like The New Cats, The Fossils, Yogi Mango, Teresa Russell, The Mac Talley Trip, Edgemecated, and others will all play live sets during the event, which starts at 6 p.m. this Friday, November 18, and runs until 1:30 a.m. the next morning.
