The Harbor Heights Manor apartment complex next to SBCC’s campus sold this week for $33 million, the largest sale on the South Coast since the Tropicana Gardens in Isla Vista sold for $64.5 million in 2010. Harbor Heights, which went from the Schulte family to an undisclosed buyer, had not been sold since it was built in 1971.
