Fee Free Weekend for Visitors to Los Padres National Forest

Los Padres National Forest officials today announced that January 14-16 has been designated as a “Fee Free Weekend” for visitors to the forest. In all areas of the forest where an Adventure Pass is normally required, the fee will be waived in celebration of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

Adoptable Pet of the Week

Felix, a slender short-haired black tuxedo cat with a white bib and paws, is friendly, energetic, and fun. This playful one-year-old will tap you on the arm as you walk by when he wants a bit of attention.
