On Monday afternoon, word came from the National Labor Relations Board’s regional office that two more complaints will be tacked onto the laundry list of unfair labor practice charges being filed against the Santa Barbara News-Press: the entry of News-Press attorney David Millstein into a union meeting last February and the alleged videotaping of union rallies by newspaper management.
