3 Reasons to Hit the Streets for SOhO’s Art & Music Fest

Since the advent of the album cover, visual art and rock ‘n’ roll have gone hand in hand. And while the epic collage from the Beatles’ Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band and the dazzling cover of Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of the Moon are just some of the works that hold significant spots in the music-meets-art canon, nowadays bands and artists are taking the cross-medium collaboration to a whole new level.

Sing a Song

In a feast for the ears and the eyes, the Edelweiss Choir of S.B. joins with L.A.’s Swiss Singing Society Harmonie for an afternoon of American, Swiss, and German classical music and alphorn pipes on Sunday, June 8, at 3 p.m., at Trinity Lutheran Church (909 La Cumbre Rd.). Grant to Fund Education for Inmates
