A 27-year-old has apparently vanished into the ocean after his boat capsized off Leadbetter Beach yesterday. High winds tipped over his catamaran around 6:30 p.m. Rescue crews search through yesterday evening—on land, on water and with searchlights once the sun went down. They continue to search today.
This disappearance occurs just three days after the body of 50-year-old Edwin Platt washed ashore on a Summerland Beach. Platt had swam out to sea to rescue his boat, which had lost its mooring, on March 11. Platt was missing for 13 days.

Oy vey! What took them so long to find him! This was quite devastating to our daughter family and close friends and if you would like to know more about what happens next with Edwin Platt (AKA Skip") visit Our JerSooz eBiz Ezine which we commemorated to him this issue. http://www.jersooz.com/ezine
I also have several other links on my web log which can be found at http://seattlegirlmakesgood.wordpress.co...
