In the wake of its investigation into sociology professor William Robinson-against whom two students filed complaints of anti-Semitism in January after he sent out an email juxtaposing pictures of Gaza with the Warsaw Ghetto-the UCSB Academic Senate passed a motion on 6/4 to examine whether the issue was an educational or ethical one. A UCSB spokesperson said that they wanted to ensure that procedure had been followed.
