S.B. Zoo Offers Outdoor Summer Film Series for Kids


If you’re searching for the perfect family-friendly summer activity, look no further than the Zoovies Outdoor Summer Movie Nights for kids at the S.B. Zoo (500 Ninos Dr.). Bring the whole family, spread a blanket under the stars, and enjoy a G- or PG-rated film every Wednesday evening throughout the month of July-surrounded by your favorite members of the animal kingdom. Here’s the tentative schedule for this fun series of screenings:

• July 8: Horton Hears a Who

• July 15: Space Chimps

• July 22: The Princess Bride

• July 29: The Endless Summer

All movies begin at 8:15 p.m.; gates open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $4 for children and seniors, $6 for adults, or $15 for a family of four (restrictions apply). Call 962-5339.
