I'd like to see numbers and specifics before I agree that the Palestinians elected Hams in an American style majority (two party plus minors system). In many democratically based countries you have many many parties on the ballot with serious contenders. I'd like to sknow who and how many were on the Palestinian ballot, what their differences and points of common interest were, and if/how votes for more reasonable candidates may have cancelled each other out.For instance, it's the plethora of sane candidates on the SB city council ballot that eventually cancel each other out, resulting in the elections of extremists like Dale Francisco. Yet very few Santa Barbarans would say they agree with Francisco or is representative of their views.; he wins by default not popularity. The very same could be true of Hamas.

Let's not forget that good ol' Ronnie Reagan helped various governments including Saudi Arabia crush dissent and reform movements in the 1980s, leaving a vacumn for religious extremists to fill.

My sympathies are with the Palestinian and Israeli civilians. Hamas lost any credibility when they broke the last cease fire with 100+ rockets. Drone their weaselly asses and ISIS too.

You're more likely to be hit by a car than a skateboard. It's mostly just a buncha prissy puritans who are against skateboarding.
