Excellent point Botany, because I've know people with two DUIs who had their licenses yanked. But it could also depend on if you have a lawyer or a PD.

Well the above was a nice big bag of gas for a Saturday morning. But you still didn't adequately explain why Aceves' pension is more "fairly earned" than anybody else's.

I humbly recommend a 24 hr streaming feed so we can all watch our water disappear. Or a daily water level update. there stll needs to be serious education downtown. I bet many of these businesses could serve their beverages in "green" paper cups. By their nature (and health and cultural rules) restaurants use a lot of water anyway. But there are ways to save all the same. Restaurant and bar managers, how much would paper cups cost vs your ever increasing water bill?

I don't think anyone is excusing that Botany, I think we're looking for ways to prevent it from happening again. A somewhat Quixotian quest to be sure, but it might save a few lives.
