Mr. Thorn, we've read your letter and given input. Would you now be so kind as to read this article on salon and tell us if you still think the same way about the Bundy issue?

Excellent point Botany, because I've know people with two DUIs who had their licenses yanked. But it could also depend on if you have a lawyer or a PD.

In the end, doesn't it all depend on the individual equestrian, hiker and mountain bike rider?

I do get a kick of your constant proclamations from on high Foo, keep'em coming they're a hoot. I think they win more votes for Democratic candidates than any campaign donation!

Well the above was a nice big bag of gas for a Saturday morning. But you still didn't adequately explain why Aceves' pension is more "fairly earned" than anybody else's.

I humbly recommend a 24 hr streaming feed so we can all watch our water disappear. Or a daily water level update. there stll needs to be serious education downtown. I bet many of these businesses could serve their beverages in "green" paper cups. By their nature (and health and cultural rules) restaurants use a lot of water anyway. But there are ways to save all the same. Restaurant and bar managers, how much would paper cups cost vs your ever increasing water bill?

Why is Aceves' pension considered "fairly earned" but nobody else's pension is?

Ah caught in contradiction and hypocrisy again aren't ya Foo? Any recommended spins in your playbook?

I don't think anyone is excusing that Botany, I think we're looking for ways to prevent it from happening again. A somewhat Quixotian quest to be sure, but it might save a few lives.
