Sorry to tarnish the rave reviews, but isn't this the guy who overturned a ruling that would allow a parole officer to require a convicted child molester to waive the psychotherapy-client privilege as a requirement of his parole? So... not important if the guy admits to a little kiddy porn or stalking the park? I don't see anything "amazing" or "compassionate" about that. I hope the "new school" has more to offer.
