In my opinion, when you vote against local oil exploration and production, you are voting for foreign exploration and production. The way way America pursues foreign production is to kill innocent Iraqis.
We should take responsibility for our own consumption and produce oil in our country. Killing people and forcing them to accept democracy is immoral.
If you want oil and it's byproducts. accept that it must come with risks. It should come from our country.

Caltrans builds and maintains thousands of miles of freeways throughout California. The Montecito Association wants to portray them as ignorant. Caltrans is the expert in building roads. They have the great track record and their work is focused on safety.
All delays by the Montecito Association are bad for tourism, bad for SB business, and bad for the drivers who are traveling up the coast.
