My own tax prep process is pretty much identical to yours! I also have a Quicken Visa card and put all business expenses on that and, once set up, transactions are automatically categorized.

Interesting range of comments. I am one of the organizers for trying to a least try out this Public Ping Pong option (for free!). This has worked in other places to improve neglected areas. I have an outdoor table at my house and wind is rarely an issue. Paddles and balls are cheap and can be purchased or loaned from a local business, or bring your own!.
