Dearest family, and friends of the Mountain Drive community.
My heart aches deeply for each one of you, feeling what all of you must be going through at this time. With great relief, I find no one was harmed, and know without a doubt you are all taking care of each other.
Memories of our unique community, the dearest family, friends, and your families growing up together, raising each other in each others homes.
Homes, I can surely say brought up a great bunch of humans. ...and the warmth has held me strong through my lifetime.
Knowing all of you are there has always touched me, knowing you are all safe gives me immense relief, knowing you are all there together at this time gives me great hope you will rebuild together.
I can only reach out from Chile, and wish I could be there to help you clean up, make you a meal, pop a cork, and give all of you a great big hug.
There is lots of room here if anyone wants a place to stay!!!
