City Awarded $142,000 in Prop. 46 Allocations

More Proposition 46 allocations were announced by the state on 7/19, awarding the City of Santa Barbara $142,572 for 66 total incentive units as part of a workforce housing reward program. Santa Maria was given $214,849 for 35 total incentive units. The state dished out a total of more than $290.6 million in Proposition 46 money, along with Proposition 1C funds, according to the California Department of Housing and Community Development. The two bonds together total nearly $5 billion.
