So that means it’s time to lighten up and get effervescent and check out East Beach Wine’s Annual Mixed Brand Champagne & Sparkling Wine Tasting Plus Port on Friday, November 23, from 4-7 p.m. Fizzy is always fun, and you need to start thinking about what to imbibe on New Year’s Eve, although champagne and wines made in the same method outside of that region of France shouldn’t just be reserved for once a year. While proprietors David and Linda hold tasting every Friday, this one is sure to be, uh, sparkling.
