Bruce Nelson appeared in Santa Barbara Superior Court on 11/20 for a preliminary hearing before Judge Bruce Dodds, opting to waive the hearing to proceed to trial before Judge Frank Ochoa. Nelson, a former care worker at Solutions Rehabilitation Center, was charged with seven counts of sexual assault in connection with his employment there. The allegations came from two different women. Nelson’s arraignment will begin on 12/3.
