After 27 years in business, Milpas Street’s lone vinyl shop has decided to close its doors. Owner Dennis Hartman cited rising rents as his reason for leaving Santa Barbara, and has chosen to move American Pie Records to a new location at 1412 Tower Square in Ventura.
