Meter to be Installed on Freeway Onramp

Thu Jan 31, 2008 | 06:00am

Things will get worse before they get better as crews begin widening the northbound Highway 101 onramp at Carrillo Street and install a meter to orchestrate incoming traffic. The ramp will be closed at night for about a week starting 2/4, while workers from Santa Clara-based Prism Engineering restripe the ramp and install concrete barriers. The ramp will reopen after that, with daytime work taking place in October.
