The downtown Spudnuts will soon be razed if Orange County developers carry through with the proposed three stories of condos and shops. This week, the developers erected “story poles” to show the exact heights and scale of their proposal. Of the 32 condos, five are slated to be affordable. This week, city planning commissioners will determine whether the environmental analysis of the project is adequate.
