CLASSY LADY: Nina Chang works The Indy‘s classified ads. She joined us three weeks ago, and she is totally excited about three things: First, she gets to walk to work, and that’s no small victory after commuting for hours each day for three years in her native Los Angeles. Second, Chang enjoys hiking, so being back in her college town allows the UCSB grad plenty of recreational options. And third, “I love getting up and coming to work, and I’ve never really been able to say that about a job before!” she beamed. After five years away from Santa Barbara, Chang now gets to celebrate her return to a beloved place and her arrival at a job she says was “top on my list of places to work.” She also enjoys arts and crafts, singing like there’s no tomorrow, and dancing, and she looks forward to someday having a doggy to join her on her commute.
