Sheriff Seeks Montecito Bank Robber

Urges Public to Come Forward with Information

At approximately 11:40 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25, a man entered the Montecito Bank on the 5600 block of Calle Real and demanded money. He left with an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing north on foot. The sheriff is looking for this man and released surveillance photos of him in an effort to see if the public can help identify him.

According to a press release on the matter released Wednesday afternoon, he is described as a 6-foot-tall white man.
