McCune Recognized for Long Form Journalism

Sara Miller McCune, founder of Miller-McCune Magazine, was included this week in FOLIO’s annual list of magazine industry “influencers and innovators” for “succeeding with long-form journalism.” Miller-McCune Magazine reaches just over 100,000 readers with a combined model of paid subscriptions and controlled distribution to high level positions such as CEOs and government officials. McCune, a well-known area philanthropist, is also the founder of 45-year-old SAGE Publications, now one of the largest academic publishers with estimated revenue of $500 million.
