On Monday, March 7, grab a group of friends for the Golf-a-Thon to raise money for Survival Santa Barbara, a nonprofit that supports Freedom Warming Centers, which works to give shelter and warmth to area homeless. The day-long tournament, which starts at 8 a.m., will be held at the Montecito Country Club (920 Summit Rd., Montecito), one of the area’s most beautiful golf courses.
