Anapamu Street in downtown Santa Barbara. The firm subleased 1,820 sf of office space from accounting firm Nasif, Hicks, Harris & Co. Francois DeJohn and Kristopher Roth of Hayes Commercial Group represented all parties in the transaction.
Nasif, Hicks, Harris & Co. leased 10,507 sf in the building last year with the intention of subleasing a portion of the space and retaining the ability to expand in the future.
