Santa Barbara Sheriff’s personnel arrested an alleged gang member on Monday, seizing drugs — over one ounce of methamphetamine packaged for sale — and a loaded Luger AP9 Automatic Assault Pistol, also known as a TEC-9. Ricardo Romo, 30, was taken into custody near his home on the 200 block of Savona Avenue in Goleta. He was booked into County Jail with a requested bail amount of $250,000.
