The hotel at the Chumash Casino Resort will soon undergo a major renovation, the biggest since it opened in 2004. The hotel and spa will be closed from September 4 until mid December. New furnishings, televisions, carpets and drapes will be put in each of the 106 hotel rooms and luxury suites. The casino will remain open during the upgrades, and free shuttles from the Chumash’s other hotels are available.
