Join local herbalist and beekeeper, Finnigan Shields, of Mother Madre Bees for a talk on the different medicinal gifts that are found in the beehive and created by the honey bee!

Learn a little bit about more about honey, beeswax, propolis, pollen, royal jelly, and venom. We will be talking about how the honey bee uses each and how we can use them as well in a mindful, and sustainable way ourselves.

Finnigan Noel is a natural beekeeper and herbalist from Santa Barbara, Ca. Mother Madre Bees is the expression of her love for the honey bee and Mother Earth. Her beeswax goddess candles were created to “Honor the Mother within and without.” This means to honor the mother we live on, Mother Earth, the mother in us all, and the hive. The Mother is a symbol of abundance and creation, just like the honey bee. The earth created everything that we all need to survive and thrive. We work with mindful bee guardians to source our 100% pure beeswax. We ask before we take, we harvest only what is extra from the hive, never in excess. We are mindful, ethical, & sustainable.
