Join Kathryn Westland, MPH, Director of Programs for the Alzheimer’s Association, on Tuesday, December 13th @ 10am for a FREE workshop where we will craft an organized, personalized and compassionate ‘script’ to guide you through the tough conversations and situations that might come up over the holidays.
This ‘script’ will prepare and equip you to share concerns about memory changes in a loved one, or yourself, in the most respectful manner. Attendees will leave this session with a mapped out discussion plan, list of resources and a sense of confidence in knowing they are not alone. RSVP to kccherkas@alz.org
