This class will cover the following:

Foundational Vegetable & Fruit Cuts: Mince, Dice, Brunoise, Batonnet, Julienne, Chiffonade, Segment, and Coring

Knife Selection

Sharpening & Honing

Knife Safety

Cleaning & Storage

Meal Served: Garlic Roasted Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, Crisp Salad, Apple & Pear Cobbler
