Join the authors of Isla Vista’s definitive history Isla Vista, A Citizen’s History on the Isla Vista Food Co-op Patio for a special meet-and-greet, book signing, and free hot beverages + snacks!
In attendance will be Carmen Lodise, Jeff Walsh (former Co-op GM), LuAnn Miller (IV Youth Project), Carrie Topliffe (IV politics in the 80s), Frank Thompson (IV Community Center), and Jonathan Abboud (IVCSD). They look forward to telling stories from their times in Isla Vista and answering community questions about the fascinating past of our corner of Santa Barbara!
