This fall, the Partnership for Excellence continues its vision to provide spaces to invite and launch conversations around the leadership and wellness of the Santa Barbara County philanthropic sector.

Join us for a multi-date digital series in October, November, and December where local funders and nonprofits reconnect through community conversations. Stay tuned for future discussion topics!

Registration is now open for our first Community Connection:


A funder and nonprofit panel will open a community conversation, introducing ideas and sharing stories to activate further exploration among participants in breakout groups following the panel.

A case-studies approach with two organizations thriving during this pandemic will reveal challenges and insights in navigating recent decisions around increased service demand, remote staff engagement and funding shifts. Continued conversations among participants may open other focused ideas for listening to and learning from one another.
