On Sunday, November 7, 2021, from 4 – 5 p.m., the Wildling Museum of Art and Nature will host its 2021 Virtual Fundraiser. Attendees are invited to raise a glass to virtually toast the Wildling, enjoy live and silent auction opportunities, and celebrate the premiere of a brand-new short documentary film highlighting local valley oak tree habitats, produced by Goodeye Films. Live guests will round out this unique experience that attendees can enjoy from the comfort of home. Most importantly, attendees can help the Wildling Museum raise funds that will be doubled by Wildling Museum board member Kate Godfrey, up to $10,000!
The Wildling’s Silent Auction will feature one-of-a-kind art, unique jewelry, local wines, dining and lodging packages, and more. Silent auction bidding will be open online from October 27 – November 7, closing at 4 p.m. on the event day. The live auction will feature a three-night stay at a private guesthouse in the Santa Ynez Valley; a mid-week staycation at Chumash Casino Resort, complete with dinner and spa treatments for two; a private art workshop and studio tour with artist Holli Harmon, and more. Guests will also have opportunities to win a new HD Amazon Fire tablet and a beautiful stay in Cambria at the Sea Otter Inn, complete with dinner at Linn’s Restaurant and wine tasting at nearby Harmony Cellars.
There is no cost to attend, however, online registration in advance is required. Once registered, guests will receive an email with the link to join the event. Learn more about the event and register in advance at: www.wildlingmuseum.org/news/2021-fall-fundraiser
