Women in Leadership Panel: SBCC & Antioch

Antioch University and Santa Barbara City College School of Extended Learning are hosting a panel titled Leading with Emotional Agility in the New Workforce Culture. A diverse panel comprised of five local women leaders will provide insight on how to navigate uncertainty and negativity to maintain their emotional agility in the new world of workforce culture.

“This event is an opportunity to hear about real life experiences from women in the workplace,” said Carola Smith, SBCC Assistant Superintendent/VP, School of Extended Learning. “We continue to provide a platform for dialogue and connection for our community to learn and develop a deeper understanding beyond Women’s History Month.”
