From low-budget shorts and scrappy documentaries to elaborate productions, a love and appreciation of movies shone through all aspects of the 38th Annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival. The panel discussions, in particular, provided an in-depth look at what goes on behind-the-scenes in the making of films and the broader world of entertainment at this point in history.
