Then, Indy reporter and KCSB News Director Cathy Murrillo discusses her cover story on Viva el Arte, the program that has brought musical and dance performances to the Latino community, from mariachi to rock, countywide and free of charge, for six years. She’s joined by Arts & Lectures program coordinator Cathy Oliverson and Isla Vista liaison Catherine Boyer.
