Juan Alvarado

July 12, 1945 – April 9, 2010

Juan Alvarado, age 64 and resident of San Luis Obispo County since 1981 died Friday morning April 9 from liver failure. He is survived by his 6 children Juan Junior, Steve, Juan Carlos, Alexanna, Garrett, Katie and 4 grandchildren, Vanessa, Carlos, Jesse, and Stevie. Juan was one of 14 children raised in Austin, Texas to Mr. and Mrs. Odilon Alvarado. He was a Unit Supervisor at Atascadero State Hospital retiring 2 years ago.

Please send donations to the American Liver Foundation in memory of Juan. A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 15 from 2-5PM at The Chapel of The Roses Mortuary in Atascadero. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 16 at 1:30PM at The United Methodist Church in Atascadero with a reception to follow in the Fellowship Hall.
