Carol Ann Inman
Santa Barbara community member Carol Ann Inman passed away peacefully, blessed in her journey, and not alone on 11/27/2018. Originally from Jacksonville, Illinois, Carol worked as a factory worker at a cheese company and also in retail here in Santa Barbara. She was involved in church and always attended the women’s Christmas Party hosted by the Church of the Beatitudes.
Since 2011, Carol was a client of New Beginnings Counseling Center’s Safe Parking Program, which provides the vehicular homeless with a safe place to sleep at night and connects them to case management and supportive services.
Before she had passed, Carol requested that all of her belongings be donated to New Beginnings’ Safe Parking Program®. At the request of her sister, New Beginnings is creating and administering a fund in Carol’s name that will help provide her fellow Safe Parking clients with assistance to maintain their vehicles. In that way, Carol will have left a lasting legacy in the community.
To donate to her fund, please contact New Beginnings’ Development Coordinator, Michael Berton at mberton@sbnbcc.org or (805) 963-7777 x112.
