victoria_cotton.jpgThe search continues for Victoria Cotton, the former Raytheon physicist last seen disembarking a bus near a 7-11 store in Goleta on July 15. Cotton developed bacterial meningitis 20 years ago, causing brain damage, and although she has vanished without notice in the past, she has always returned within 24 hours, according to her family. Cotton is 50 years old, 5’7”, 135 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes.
