Dos Pueblos Graduate Receives Scholarship

James Kanter - a 2006 graduate of Dos Pueblos High School and psychology student at San Diego State University - received a five-year scholarship from SDSU’s Guardian Scholarship program, which is funded by San Francisco 49ers quarterback Alex Smith. This summer, Kanter has an internship with the Community Action Commission’s Independent Living Program, which helps foster children transition from the foster care system to independent living.
