See The Itals, Save the Coast


One of Jamaica’s most famous reggae bands, The Itals-formed in 1975 by Keith Porter and Ronnie Davis, later adding David Isaacs and Porter’s daughter Kada, a onetime UCSB student-are coming to SOhO tonight, June 28, in a benefit concert for the Santa Barbara chapter of the Surfrider Foundation. It’s the first time since 1995 that Davis will be part of the lineup, which makes this a much-anticipated reunion show. Tix are $20 at the door.
