Focus on the Masters and the Ventura Arts Council recently announced the creation of their Tamima Al-Awar Memorial Scholarship, which will offer $2,500 to high school seniors interested in pursuing the arts. Furthermore, applicants will get the chance to display their works in the Ventura County Government Center.
