Welcome to "Stabba Barbara" , America's most beautiful war zone!
Do the tourism folks in Santa Barbara not understand that the "cat is out of the bag" and that they too need to join in to stop the gang warfare in our fair city?

GANGS, CRIME, welcome to the BIG CITY mentality.
Santa Barbara is NO more safer than South Central L.A. or East L.A.
The Gangs rule the streets, the cops are restricted to P.C. coded laws, the polititions are up for re-election and the tourists are just fat money carrying pigs waiting to be slaughtered by the Lords Of the Street (ie. Latino Gangs).
When I come to visit next Summer, I look forward to smog, murder in the streets, drive-by shootings and Hip-Hop players slapping whores and pissing on passing cars; like I see everyday in D. C.
Welcome to reality.................... It's all good.
