MyspaceAuthorities have reissued arrest warrants for actor Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi, after they failed to appear for their court hearing on 4/12 and again on 4/13. The Quaids are facing felony charges for allegedly not paying a $10,000 bill at the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, though it appears they resolved the bill after charges were filed. They have pleaded not guilty to the charge.

HAHAHA! Gotta roll w/ that! Imagine if ANY of us "regular citizens" ever pulled a stunt like this off. I know the authorities wouldn't go light on us. Just comes to shw there's 3 kinds of defense: $1,000, $5,000 & >$10,000.
The 1k get's you nothing, that's ours. The 5k get's you minimum time or fine. The >10k lets you skip town & laugh about it. Which defense you think they got? :) henry

Yeah but . . .
They resolved the issue with SYR, yet they continuously piss $$$ away to make some silly point.
This has nothing do do with the rich getting better treatment. It has everything to do with their stupidity.
Their behavior is a real head scratcher!

Well I hope the judge involved in this case is tired of the b.s., and the when they get them, they are extradited from Texas in shackles. Not only that, but add the extra expenses to their total bill; that would make it a very expensive week in S.B. Come on vacation leave on probation.
