Carp City Council Endorses S


The Carpinteria City Council voted to endorse Measure S Monday night after having voted against making any endorsement—either for or against—a month ago. Casting the key swing vote was Councilmember Kathleen Reddington, who switched her vote based on Measure S’s funding for prevention programs.
