Two area nonprofits host rummage sale and fashion show benefit fundraisers this week.

• This Monday, November 1, the S.B. chapter of the American Association of Retired Persons will host a rummage sale to raise funds for its many nonprofit services. The sale runs 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Davis Ctr. (1232 De la Vina St.). Call 967-9289 for more info.

• Proceeds from St. Vincent’s 2nd Annual Fashion Show and Luncheon this week will benefit the church’s Casa Alegria Children’s Center, an affordable area childcare service and early learning facility for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The event will be held Wednesday, November 3, from11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at St. Vincent’s campus (4200 Calle Real). Tickets are $40-$50. Ages 18+. Call 683-6381 for more info.
